Processing

All items are handmade to order. We prepare and dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of your order being placed. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are made up on the next working day.

United Kingdom

Sent via Royal Mail, typically arriving 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Our packaging is letterbox friendly.

International

We ship worldwide. Typical delivery is 7 to 21 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing. These timings are estimates provided by the postal networks and are not guaranteed.

Duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs charges for international orders are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient. They are not included in our prices or delivery charges.

Delays outside our control

We prepare and dispatch every order quickly. Once it has been handed to the postal service, transit and customs times are outside our control. If your parcel appears to be lost, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

Address accuracy

Please double check the delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly, but we will always try to help.
