How does the personalisation work?

On each product page you can choose an initial from A to Z, or select No Initial if you would rather keep it plain. The letter charm is added to the keyring before it is posted. If a design has more than one option, such as a card choice, you will see those on the same page.

What actually arrives?

A handmade gemstone keyring, an illustrated keepsake card matched to the design you chose, and gift ready packaging that fits through a standard letterbox. It is ready to give as it arrives, no wrapping needed.

Can I send it straight to the person it is for?

Yes. Enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. We never include an invoice or a price anywhere in the parcel.

Which gemstones do you use?

It depends on the design. Most use natural stones such as rose quartz, amethyst, clear quartz, labradorite, black onyx, tiger eye or moonstone. The stones for each piece are listed in that product description. Because they are natural, colour and marking vary slightly from one to the next, which we think is the best part.

Do you make health claims about the crystals?

No. Our pieces are keepsakes and gifts. We do not claim any medical, healing or therapeutic effect, and nothing we sell is a substitute for professional advice or treatment.

How long will my order take?

Orders are made and posted within 1 to 2 working days. UK delivery is usually 2 to 3 working days after that, and international orders typically take 7 to 21 working days depending on the destination and customs. Full detail is on our Delivery page.

Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised items are made specifically for you, so they are not covered by the standard 14 day right to cancel under UK law. That said, if anything arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we will put it right. Please see our Refund Policy.

Something went wrong with my order. What now?

Email info@spiritgemgifts.com with your order number and a photo if it is a damage issue. We answer every message ourselves, usually within one working day.

Do you take custom or bulk orders?

Often yes, particularly for weddings, teacher gifts and corporate thank yous. Email us with what you have in mind and roughly how many you need.
