Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with SpiritGem Gifts.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there has been a pricing error, and in that case we will refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Products

Our items are handmade with natural gemstones. Colour, shape and marking vary from piece to piece, and product photography is representative rather than exact. This variation is a characteristic of natural stone, not a fault.

Our products are decorative keepsakes. We make no medical, healing or therapeutic claims of any kind. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under three years old due to small parts.

Personalisation

You are responsible for the accuracy of any initial or personalisation you select. Once a personalised item has been made we cannot change it, so please check your selection before paying.

Intellectual property

All designs, illustrations, card artwork, photography and text on this site belong to SpiritGem Gifts and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
