Making time

Everything is made to order by hand. We prepare and post orders within 1 to 2 working days. During December and around Mother's Day this can occasionally stretch slightly, and we will always say so on the homepage if it does.

United Kingdom

Sent by Royal Mail. Delivery is typically 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. Our packaging is designed to fit through a standard letterbox, so in most cases nobody needs to be home.

International

We post worldwide. Delivery usually takes between 7 and 21 working days depending on the destination, and can be longer at busy times of year. Once a parcel leaves us it is in the hands of the postal networks and customs, and those timings are outside our control.

Customs and import charges

Orders sent outside the UK may attract import duty or local taxes. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate or refund them.

Wrong address

Please check the delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at info@spiritgemgifts.com and if the order has not gone out yet we will fix it.

Missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch in the UK, or 30 working days internationally, get in touch and we will sort it out with you.
